The registration fees includes:
Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area;
Conference Material;
Certificate of attendance;
Welcome cocktail, Lunches and Coffee-breaks;
This fee does not include the conference dinner.

*Early Career Researcher (ECR) - Researchers obtained their highest degree less than five years prior to the conference date or be a PhD or Postgraduate student. Proof of completion of highest degree or official registration letter from your institute is required to qualify as ECR.
We have limited accommodation options (On-Campus) bookable at rates negotiated for ICBM-5 delegates, which can be reserved together with the conference registration. If it is not available, you can also book through the University Accommodation with standard rates.
All changes or cancellations must be addressed in writing to the secretariat Milestone Incentive.
Registrations: Cancellations received
Before 26th March 2025 – full refund will be granted only deducted of any bank charges and €50 tax of handling fee and any transfer expenses that might occur.
Between 26th of March and 26th of April 2025 – 50% refund.
After 26th of April 2025 – no refund will be granted.
Accommodation Reservations: Cancellations received
Before 26th March 2025 – full refund will be granted only deducted of any bank charges and €50 tax of reservation fee and any transfer expenses that might occur.
Between 26th of March and 26th of April 2025 – full refund deducted of one-night deposit.
After 26th of April 2025 – no refund will be granted.

All reimbursements will take place after the conference.
Registration changes will be accepted until 29rd of April 2025, after this date and On Site will charge 20€ per change. Any change or cancellation must be informed in writing to Milestone Incentive by email icbm@milestoneinventive.com
The on-site Secretariat will only issue receipts for services requested on site.
Receipt changes will only be allowed if requested during the period of 30 days after the issue of the first document and only before or after the conference never onsite.
All certificates will be sent through email after the conference is finished. Please note that certificate of presence will only be issued if confirmed presence at the secretariat. The same for certificate of poster or oral communication.
The Organizers reserve the right to alter time schedules, defer the conference date or change the venue in case the event become hindered by unforeseeable events with damage, destruction or public health danger caused by any natural causes, war, public enemy or other acts beyond the Organizers’ control and without the Organizers’ fault or negligence; If such contingencies occur, the Organizers will inform the participants immediately in order to reduce all losses. Please note that the written notice shall not construe this termination notice as a right to a possible claim, of whatever nature, in respect with damage and/or compensation. The participants shall have no recourse whatsoever to any legal action against the Organizers as our first premises will always be to protect the participants.
